About Mr. Vaughan
My name is Matthew (Mateo) Vaughan, and I am originally from Montgomery, AL.
I hold undergraduate degrees from Freed-Hardeman University (FHU) in Henderson, TN and La Universidad Internacional (La Uninter) in Cuernavaca, Morelos, México. I hold the M.Div. from the Graduate School of Theology at Abilene Christian University (Abilene, TX), and I hold the M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from FHU.
I have taught at both the undergraduate and secondary levels, and I have also worked in ministry and missions in Mexico, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic. I love to travel, read, and write. I spend a lot of time in the Mexico City area, and I hope to return there for an extended time sometime in the relatively near future.
The surest way to my heart is a good book, music, or movie recommendation…just in case you were wondering!
This site is all about facilitating life in my classes. If you need information about my classes, it will probably be here!
